春の陽気。毛布が不要になった。
NTT西日本エリアな人間なので，Bio@homeのモニターとして登録申請する。自宅のマシンはCeleron 1G Hzな上，ADSL 1.5Mbpsと非力なので，まずはCPUのみ，ポイント要らずで申請してみることにする。どうなるかな？
某所のXeon SMPマシンを試す。どうやら，同じNode内でMPI同期通信してはいけないようで，もの凄く遅くなる。

この速度はP3 100BASEのクラスタ並みである。ただ，4PE使って同じNode内での通信速度を測ると，今度はもの凄く速くなって計測不能なぐらいになってしまう。
